Screen Replacement:

To replace a broken screen the Technician is required to disassemble the laptop to remove/disconnect the battery first. Then the removal of
the broken screen. The model on the back of
the screen is used in order to get the correct replacement screen. During replacement of the broken screen the laptop also gets all the fans cleaned.
