When you walk into our store you will have full view of our service and repair department of the store. We have arranged the store this way because our business is about repairing and servicing your computer. In most computer stores you can't even see their repair/service area!
We value our customers, which is why we do everything possible to keep our
prices low. We have had a lot of requests from customers to buy parts so that
they can do their own repairs. We would like to help them save money, but experience
has shown that there are so many computer versions out there, and so many possible
parts which are available to fit these versions that there is just no way that
an honest technician can determine which is the correct part without inspecting
the machine for which it is sold. Frequently the reason a computer part fails
is that some other component in the system will overload the failed part, so
that the new part too will fail.
We recommend that you bring the whole computer including the necessary power
adaptor (if it is a laptop) to us for a proper diagnosis. However, we are here
to serve YOU, so tell us what YOU want us to do.

Frequently the reason a computer part fails is that some other component in
the system will overload the failed part, so that the new part too will fail
in short order. My webmaster had this happen to him. As a favor I soldered in
a new capacitor. It worked for about an hour, and then the new part failed too.
We recommend that you bring the whole computer to us for proper diagnosis. However,
