| Shop Service Rate | $65.00 / hour | This is the hourly shop rate for all repairs that are performed in the store that does not have a flat rate. |
| Full OS Reinstalation / Factory Restore | $100.00 | We remove everything installed on your hard
drive. This includes the Windows Operating System, programs and all
customer information (pictures, documents, music, videos etc). We will reinstall the Windows Operating System, all necessary drivers and any other software that is required for the machine to function. Your machine will be almost like new excluding any customer installed software that was previously on the computer. This will reinstall the Windows operating system plus remove any and all software issues from your computer including viruses. |
| Data Transfer with OS / FR | $20.00 up to 30 GB | If you have information that you wish to save,
we can transfer it for you to another hard drive for safekeeping while
your computer is being serviced. The cost of this is 30GB are $20. This cost will be added to the Full OS Reinstallation. We do this by removing your hard drive from the computer and transfer the information to our temporary storage system that we use for this purpose. After your computer has the Windows Operation System reinstalled, we transfer your information you wanted us to save back onto your hard drive. |

$70.00 | Over time your computer collects unwanted
things that greatly effects overall performance of your computer. Removal and
cleaning up these things will improve the overall performance of
your computer. We do this by doing a series of clean-upswith the following: • Windows Registry repair and optimization. • Start-up program optimization. • Tracking Cookie removal. • Temporary internet files/temporary windows files cleanup. • Ensure software is up to date including antivirus programs and windows updates. We also run various virus removal procedures to identify and remove the viruses from your computer. As well as the removal of all unwanted software, tool bars, coupon makers, all temporary files and run a registry cleaning program. After this we update the Windows, plus any required utilities and software used to make your computer function. *A list of recommendations of what your system should have is also included. |

We remove your computer cover to clean out
all the dust, pet hair, lint and any other foreign debris that should
not be inside your computer. The fans are checked and oiled if needed. When the fan inside your computer is functioning properly it will keep your computer cool and prevent it overheating and causing damage to the computer. We can clean it and let you know if it is working properly. |

We require this cost to be paid up front in full, before we order the screen from our supplier. * The cost of the screen installation will be included in our price quote. |
